Vally Snaky ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, stored, and protected when you use the Vally Snaky mobile game.
If you sign in using Google Sign-In or Email/Password, we may collect:

When cloud synchronization is enabled, we may store:
Game progress may be stored locally on your device and, when cloud synchronization is enabled, in Firebase Cloud Firestore.
Third-party services used by the application may process technical information such as device type, operating system, application version, crash information, and performance diagnostics.
Vally Snaky may display advertisements using Google AdMob. Advertising providers may process advertising identifiers, device information, and information about advertisements displayed or interacted with, subject to their own privacy policies and applicable laws.

Vally Snaky uses Google Firebase services, including Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore. Firebase Authentication may be used to securely authenticate users. Cloud Firestore may be used to store and synchronize authenticated users' game progress.

Vally Snaky allows users to play as a guest without signing in. Guest gameplay can be stored locally on the device. If the application is uninstalled or application data is cleared, locally stored guest progress may be lost.
We use reasonable measures to protect information associated with Vally Snaky. Cloud data is protected using Firebase authentication and security rules designed to restrict access to authorized users. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.
We retain account and synchronized game-progress information for as long as necessary to provide the application's services, until deletion is requested, or as otherwise required by law. Local game data remains on your device until you clear application data or uninstall the application.
Vally Snaky is not specifically directed toward children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without appropriate parental consent where required by applicable law.

You may request deletion of your Vally Snaky account and associated cloud data.
To request deletion, visit our Account Deletion page, or email anilpolisetti1998@gmail.com with the subject Delete Vally Snaky Account.
Please include the email address associated with your account. We may verify ownership before processing the request.
Deletion requests will remove associated account and cloud game data except information that must be retained for legitimate legal, security, fraud-prevention, or legal-compliance purposes.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date will be updated.
